The cool morning air makes the hike easier, and the views from its tall, cone‑shaped peak are incredible as the first light hits the landscape.
After San Cristóbal, continue your adventure at Telica Volcano, known for its high activity, smoking crater and rugged terrain. You’ll hike to the crater’s edge and finish the day with a stunning Telica sunset — the perfect ending to a full day of exploring two of Nicaragua’s most powerful volcanoes.
