Because this region gets hot during the day, we begin the tour at 5 AM, giving you and the horses a cooler, more comfortable journey and the chance to reach the crater before the heat really sets in.
This full-on riding experience takes you all the way to the edge of the famous sinkhole — no hiking required — where you'll take in sweeping views of Momotombo and the vast expanse of Lake Managua glowing in the early morning light. It's a rare and unforgettable way to explore one of León's most iconic volcanoes.
